EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Customers can exchange their items within 7 days after an order has been delivered.

  • Note: We do not accept returns. Returns are accepted for products available on our website only in case of wrong product, defect, damage, or misprint.  As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc.

  • If you have any queries about the Cancellation Of Your Order, Please contact us on WhatsApp at +918448811570 or Write Us at raystatic001@gmail.com. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. (In case of cancellation shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount)

  • If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +918448811570 or Email us at raystatic001@gmail.com, It’s better to make sure to confirm your order details before you checkout (size, color, billing and shipping addresses, etc). Once your order has been shipped, We will not be able to make any changes.

NOTE

In case of exchange; the Delivery partner charges us for a reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering the new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one-way charges i.e ₹100 (Which will be credited back to the customer after product quality check is completed).
